*The young conductor Nodoka Okisawa, after participating in the Riccardo Muti Italian Opera Academy in Tokyo on “Rigoletto” (March 2019), has won the Grand Prix at the “Besancon International Competition for Young Conductors”. The young musician has also been awarded with the prizes for “Coup de cœur de l’orchestre” (Orchestra’s favorite) and “Coup de cœur du public” (public’s favorite) .

After the great success of the first year on Rigoletto, Riccardo Muti chooses Macbeth by Giuseppe Verdi.
